It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Todd Phillip Seimer (Muncie, Illinois), born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Reita Seimer (Kirkpatrick). He is survived by: his father Phillip Seimer; his stepmother Sara Ann Seimer; his brother Douglas Seimer (Betty); his stepsiblings, Dave Laker (Mary Ann), Samuel Laker (Linda) and Laura Payne (Joel); and also Chaka.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Todd's name to Muncie Baptist Church.
