He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Swisher and Verble Maxine Swisher Jr. (Hill); his siblings, Linda Flannigan and Bob Swisher; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Swisher and Norman Tilley.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Swisher (Boggia); his children, Charles Dean Swisher of Mulkeytown and Pamela Jean Swisher of Ocean Springs, MS; his grandson Charles Robert Swisher; his sisters, Janice Tilley of DuQuoin and Debbie Stanley (Jerry) of Mulkeytown; and his brother-in-law Raymond Flannigan of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
