He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vohlken and Anna Campbell (Leidner); and his siblings, Alvin Vohlken, Harold Vohlken and Ruth Langel.
He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Vohlken of Sesser; his sister Vera Bearden of Florida; and his grandson Aaron Jones of Altamont. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hohlt & File Funeral Home, Ltd. (204 N 4th St, Vandalia, IL 62471). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
