He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wise of Mulberry Grove; his sons, Darren Wise (Beth) of Breese and Dean (Lisa) of Breese; his daughter-in-law Janet Cook of Vandalia; his siblings, Glenda, Linda, Ruth and Rick; his grandchildren, Allyson Wise, Carlee Wise, Mitchell Wise, Ellyn Wise, Keith Cook, Jacob Cook, Brittony Cook, Kyah Cook, Sierra Cook and Raven Cook; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Paislee, Paxton, Landen and Dawsyn.
