He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Kious and Ruth Kious (Hubbard). He is survived by: his wife Debra A. Kious of Coffeen, IL; and his children, Renea Kious Harpster (Marshall) of St. Peter, IL, Tracy Smith (Randy) of Bethalto, IL and Julie Slimick of Bethalto, IL. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
