Dugan of Mulberry Grove, Illinois, born in Smithboro, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, A. G. "Doc" Dugan and Elsie R. Dugan (Harper); and his siblings, John Robert Dugan, Edward Dugan and Mary Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dugan of Mulberry Grove; his children, Rebecca Lewis (Kevin) of Smithboro, Randall David Dugan (Jill) of Mulberry Grove and James Dugan (Toni) of Mulberry Grove; and his grandchildren, Laci Hollenkamp (Travis), Mitchell Lewis (Shayleen), Megan Dugan (William Kleiboeker), Kelsey Jarden (Nick), Katelynn Dugan, Cameron Dugan, Kyle Dugan (Jordan Rinehart), Teresa Cornelius (Adam), Steffany Moungo (T. J.) and Megan Willms (Trevor). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
