Parker of Muddy, Illinois, born in Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Forest and Velma Zula Joiner Parker; and his wife Edna E. Parker. He is survived by: his children, Sue Harrod of Buckingham, Illinois., Frederick (Betty Jean Parker) of Greenwood, Charles Parker of Evansville and Michael (Jackie Parker) of Marion, Illinois.; and his siblings, Raymond Parker, Bonnie Werkmeister, Clara Ferrell and Dorothy Jean Trapp.
