He is survived by: his mother Kim Wakefield of Marion, Illinois.; his sisters, Jayla Clayton of Hopkinsville and Jillian of Hopkinsville, Kentucky.; his grandmother Elaine Forrester of Muddy, Illinois.; his uncles, Kevin Jackson of Oregon, Steve Jackson of Harrisburg, Illinois., Bobby Jackson and Freddy Jackson; and his grandfather Ronnie Forrester.
