She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Hickey and Ora Mae Hickey (Banks); her husband Herman Paul Kassner; and her siblings, Lynn Hickey, Alvin Hickey Jr., Ella Hutchison and Harold Hickey.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Kassner (Angie) of Arlington, Tennessee and Kathy Rowlen (Curtis) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Matthew Kassner (Jeana) of Bellevue, Washington, Will Kassner (Courtney) of Byhalia, Mississippi, Micah Kassner (Maltide) of Lisbon, Portugal, Beverly Rowlen of Harrisburg and Shauna Rowlen of Harrisburg; her great great grandchildren, Crew, Grey, Sutton and Hattie Nell; and her sister Vivian Dallas (Dale) of Wanatah, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
