He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Gorden and Gertrude Gorden (Hoffman); his son Mark Gorden; his grandson Ryan Gorden; and his brother Haldon Gorden.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Corby; his children, Scott Gorden (Luanne) of Moweaqua, IL and Linda Norbits (Ted) of Mt. Zion, IL; and his daughter-in-law Candy Gorden of Moweaqua, IL.
