He was predeceased by: his parents, Eberling Long and Marguerite Long (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Newcome of Moweaqua; his children, Randy Long (Mary) of Scottsdale, Arizona and Sherri Batten (Reginald) of Prescott, Arizona; his grandchildren, Tara Osborn (Jeremy), Brooke Frazee, Rollin Batten, Amanda Long, Stephanie Turner (Colton) and Andrew Wales (Brianna); and his pet Lily. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
