He is survived by: his wife Barbara Smith; his children, Tina Dillon (Steve) of Rock Falls, IL, Ron Ferrari (Susan) of Encinitas, CA, Debbie Zindel (Carl) of Stanford, IL, Robert Ferrari (Shelly) of Bartlett, TN and Dawn Brosamer (Pete) of Decatur, IL; and his siblings, David Bohlen of Springfield, IL, Thom Bohlen (Sherry) of Champaign, IL, Kenneth Bohlen (Sandy) of Springfield, IL, Roger Bohlen and Anne Bohlen of High Point, NC..
