Ruot of Moweaqua, Illinois, born in Pana, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene and Pearl Ruot (Crocker); and his former wife Frances Y. Landers. He is survived by: his wife Variety Store; and his children, Steve Ruot (Kay) of Moweaqua, IL, Chuck Ruot (Mary Sue) of Vandalia, IL, Dennis Ruot (Cindy) of Macon, IL and Charlene Conaway (Frank) of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren & 28 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lyle's honor may be made to Cancer Care Specialists, Decatur, IL; St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; Shriner's Hospital for Children and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
