It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Marie Whitsel of Moweaqua, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Whitsel and Virginia Whitsel (Fromme). She is survived by: her brothers, William Steven Whitsel of Mason City, F. Joseph Whitsel III (Joyce) of Amaretto, Dennis K. Whitsel (Barbara) of Decatur and Hadley G. Whitsel II of Niantic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
