He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smick and B. Aileen Smick (Dipper); and his siblings, Priscilla Theriot and Charley Smick. He is survived by: his wife Judy Smick (Nalefski); his son Jared Smick; and his sister Mary Kay Wetzel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
