He was predeceased by: his parents, George Virden and Norma Virden (Gordon); his wife Nancy Virden; his daughter Dawn Krietmeyer; and his brother Randy Virden.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Marilyn Gabhart; his son Shawn Virden of Herrin, IL; his stepchildren, Karla Kroll of Daytona Beach, FL and Rolla Peek, III of Windsor, IL; and his sister Karen Smith of Graceville, FL.. He is also survived by several grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Bill's honor may be made to the American Heart Association and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
