He is survived by: his parents, Harold "Bill" and Mary Garner; his siblings, Bill Garner, Richard Garner and Marilyn Garner; his brother-in-law Richard Elliott (late Doug Collins); his wife Rhonda; his sons, Jacob (Page) and Nick (Nicole); his brothers, Larry Garner (Julie) and Steve Garner; his siblings-in-law, MaryBeth Garner, Janet Elliott and Shawn Taylor (Becky); and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Brad, Scott, Casey, Kim, Nicole, Erica, Tawnie, Ashley and Kassidy. He is also survived by friend gatherings, especially with cousins, aunts and uncles.
