He was predeceased by: his parents, Telemaco "Tom" and Marjorie Ciambella (Berkey). He is survived by: his daughters, Katelin A. Ciambella of Decatur and Emily J. Ciambella of Decatur; and his sisters, Katherine Brison (Jim) of Okmulgee, OK and Georgeanna "Jan" Barnard of Long Creek.
