She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Doolittle and Beryle Doolittle (Davidson); her husband Roy McKown Sr.; her son John McKown; and her sister Starene Booker.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl McKown (Patty) and Roy McKown Jr. (Anna); and her daughter-in-law Cheryl McKown. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
