Reno Blackshire Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2024, at the age of 90, Reno Blackshire of Mount Zion, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Reno shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Reno farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Whitaker and Maggie Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Krutsinger (Hawn); and his children, Toni Shelton (Roger), Kris Hague (Brian), Rena Peters (Jeff), Denny Blackshire (Kristina), Robin Niehaus, Kim Comparetto and Krystal Baer (John). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the New Life Pregnancy Center.
