Myron Riggs Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Myron Riggs of Mount Zion, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Riggs and Hilda Riggs (Heerdt); and his wife Lois Grant. He is survived by: his children, Philip Riggs (Deborah) of Independence, MO, Michael Riggs (Debbie) of Decatur and Lisa Younger (Bill) of Bethany; his siblings, Clairellen Mazzuca, Kenneth Riggs, Janice Cazier, Carl Riggs, Kay Kingery, Richard Riggs (Mid) and Patricia Morgan (Mike); his grandchildren, Nicole Riggs, Nathan Riggs (Melissa), Raven Read (Brock), Summer Givens (Andrew) and Madalene Caldwell (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Ayden, Chloe, Channing, Knox, Tucker and Hallie.

Memorials may be made in Myron's memory to the Long Creek Fire Department.
