She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Beulah Andrick (Rambo); and her daughter Janelle Annette Smith. She is survived by: her former husband Frederick Keyran Smith, Jr.; her husband Fred; her children, Jessica Pfeiffer (Eric), Jacob Smith (Jennifer) and James Smith (Megan Ratts); her grandchildren, Keyran, Wren, Simon, Alice and Lucille; and her siblings, Lesa Andrick, Matthew Andrick (Diane), Scott Andrick (Carla) and Samuel Andrick (Ruby).
