He is survived by: his wife Dee; his children, Michelle, Brad (Jen), Jamie (Beau) and LaRee (Jenny); his brothers, Jim (Patty) and Steve (Jenny); his mother-in-law Linda Ford; and his brother-in-law Bob. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
