With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Marie Pennypacker of Mount Zion, Illinois, born in Pana, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert V. Barringer and Rosella Barringer (Berns); and her brother Larry Barringer. She is survived by: her spouse Enos "Tom" Pennypacker; her sons, Brad Foor (Diana) of Neoga, IL and Clint Foor (Marla) of Tower Hill, IL; her stepchildren, Linda Adams (Tom) of Bloomington, IL, Tom Pennypacker (Shannon) of Newport, TN and Lisa Henschen (Roger) of Pana, IL; her granddaughters, Kimberly Dick (Caleb), Crystal Holmes (Chris), Kayla Deters (Jeff), Olivia Preston (Evan) and Alicia Foor; her stepgrandchildren, Greg Chick (Katie), Kara Amos (Carl), Savannah Pennypacker, Dalton Pennypacker and Nick Maton (Kiley); her great grandchildren, Cody Dick, Cameron Dick and Charlotte Deters; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison, Zach, Taylor, Callaway, Raylan and Aria; and her sister Judy Vits.
Memorials in Joyce's honor may be made to the American Cancer Association, 687 E. Linton Ave., Springfield, IL 62703, and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
