It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis C Holoffe of Mount Zion, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Becker and Kathryn Becker (Boyle); her husband Herbert E. Holoffe; her daughters, Colleen Bradbury and Janne Walters; her siblings, Sherrill Hoffman, Hank Hoffman, Billy Hoffman and Marilyn Coorlis; and her grandchildren, Sara Bradbury and Todd Lange.
She is survived by: her daughter Katy Blakey (Greg) of Mt Zion, IL; her brother Howard "Skeeter" Becker (Mary Ann) of Tinley Park, IL; and her grandchildren, Chandi Cox (Mike) of Shelbyville, TN, Amanda Adams (B. J.) of Shelbyville, IL, Kristen Ewing (Matt) of Rushville, IL, J. C. Walker of Decatur, IL, Meghan Garriott (Cole) of Bethany, IL, Kyle Blakey (Kristen) of Findlay, IL, Maureen Blakey of Bethany, IL, Evan Blakey (Sarah Martin) of Tonica, IL, Kristina Phelps (Jared) of Shelbyville, IL, Bree Martz (Doug) of Shelbyville, IL and Mandy Bradbury of Shelbyville, IL. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
