He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Glenn Siesenop and Theodore E. Brinkoetter; and his cousin Jason Brinkoetter. He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Brinkoetter and Jessica Brinkoetter (Siesenop) of Mt. Zion; his brother Jett Brinkoetter of Mt. Zion; his grandmothers, Jettie Siesenop (Glen Calhoun) of Decatur and Linda Mitchell of Decatur; his stepgrandmother Barb Brinkoetter of Decatur; his great-grandparents, Lorraine Barr (Jack) of Decatur and Douglas Theroff of Stonington, IL; and his aunts and uncles, Derrick (Beth) of Decatur, Andy (Kerry) of Marietta, GA, Mia (Russ) of Mattoon, IL, Jamie of Mt. Zion, Rhianna (Adam) of Gibson City, IL, Tara (Tom) of Decatur, Timmy of Decatur, Taylor (Michael) of Decatur and Torie (Nathan) of Springfield, IL. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calvert & Wikoff Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Mt Zion, IL 62549). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Passion Community Church (4225 Camp Warren Ln, Decatur, IL 62521).

Memorials may be made in Jack's memory to Mt. Zion Junior Football League or Mt. Zion Youth Basketball.
