He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joyce Pierce; his children, Debbie Ellison (Doug) of Decatur, Diane Garrett (Nathan) of Decatur, Mark Knight (Darlene) of Mt. Zion and Mike Knight (Shawndee) of Bolivar, MO; his sister Dora Tate (Leon) of Salem, IL; his grandchildren, Jacob Garrett (Karin), Laura Webb (Matt), Kaitlin Ellison, Brittany Yesudasan (Joshi), Bradley Knight, Corynn Knight, Abby Knight and Cole Knight; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Ava, Paige and Micah.
