She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Rutherford and Louise Rutherford (Martin); and her spouse Gilvie Blaine Sutton. She is survived by: her children, Randy Sutton (Jamie) of Pana, IL and Linda Petras (Gary) of Kadoka, SD; her brother Robert Rutherford (Dorothy) of Springfield, IL; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Blaine Sutton (Jessie) of Oronoco, MN, Rachel Scoles (Greg) of Pana, IL and Jody Clemens of Kadoka, SD. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church or The Mt. Zion Fire Protection District.
