It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Libby Higgins (Mount Zion, Illinois), born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on May 8, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Franklin and Esther LaVonne Libby (Peterson). She is survived by: her husband Kelly John Higgins of Mt. Zion; her son Sean Higgins (Andrea) of Monticello; and her grandson Liam Higgins of Monticello.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Libby's memory, memorials are suggested to First Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
