He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cowgill and Geraldine Cowgill (Broughton); and his brother Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Valerie of Mt. Zion; his sons, Bob Cowgill of Gibson City, IL and Jason Cowgill of Elkhart, IN; his granddaughters, Corryn Brock and Ellie Cowgill; his sister-in-law Judy Cowgill of Sarasota, FL; his niece Jill; and his nephew Kenneth.
