He is survived by: his parents, Sue A. Valentine (Chamberlain) of Decatur and Bill Valentine (Erin) of Long Creek; his sister Joanna Matlock of Decatur; and his nephews, William Matlock, Josiah Matlock and Zachariah Matlock.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family suggests face coverings and social distancing.
