He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Pabst and Ceals Yancey Sr.; his wife Glenda Kay Yancey (Sheets); and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his children, Kurt Yancey and Kara Fussner (Tony); his grandchildren, Kaleb Yancey (Melanie), Kassandra Robertson (Rodney), Kat (Shawn), Gebel of Sean, AJ and Evelyn Fussner; his close friend PJ; and his siblings, Roy and Lee of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
