He is survived by: his pets, Silver and D. J.; his children, Craig Johnson, Eric Johnson and Barbara Kimball; his son-in-law Devon Kimball; and his brothers, Tom Johnson (Laurie LeFleur) and Herb Johnson (Rose Marie Mize).
