He was predeceased by: his parents, Troxell N. Warnick and Annie Laura Warnick (Broadwater); and his wife Bonnie Lee Green. He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie Lilly (James) of Prince George, VA and Lois Tanner (Joshua) of Mt. Zion, IL; his grandchildren, Tiffany Lilly, Brittany Lilly, Benjamin Lindsey and Sydney Tanner; and his great grandchildren, Austin Lilly, Brantley Dinsmore, Christian Mears and Noah Tracey.
