She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Goble and Ada Goble (Cown); her husband Donald Spain; and her siblings, Marion Goble, Harry Goble, Irvin Goble and Mary Belle Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, Tony Spain (Jennifer) of Bloomington, Matthew Spain (Jessica) of Decatur, Josh Spain of Bloomington and R. J. Spain of Mt. Zion; her sister Nancy Glosser (Ken) of Decatur; her sisters-in-law, Kay Goble of Ft. Myers, FL and Jane Goble of Ft. Myers, FL; and her granddaughters, Sydney Spain of Bloomington and Samantha Spain of Bloomington. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
