He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Price and Cora I. Price (Denton); and his son-in-law Louis Skelley. He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Niles of Mt. Zion; his children, Brenda Skelley of Enumclaw, WA, Michelle Ridgeway (David) of Cerro Gordo, IL, Donald Price of Valparaiso, IN and Ken Price (Tamela) of Decatur; and his close friend Jean Higar of Mt. Zion. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
