He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Pemberton and Bethany Pemberton (Diehl); his grandparents, Fred and Constance Pemberton; his uncles, Stephen and Brian Pemberton; his aunt Ruth Pemberton; and his niece Jodee Rae Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Alicia "Lish" Cole; his children, Silas Pemberton, Abigail Sevcik and Sara Barrett; his parents-in-law, Kim Olivier and Ray Cole, Jr.; his sisters, Aimee Fletcher (Matt), Amanda Franklin (Isaac) and Annie Lowery (Dave); and his aunts and uncles, Greg, Mary Jo Pemberton, Bruce Pemberton, Melissa Pemberton and Cathy Provines. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion (816 Main St, Mount Vernon, IL 62864).
