With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willivene Meador Shelton (Mount Vernon, Illinois), who passed away on April 4, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roberson and Ora Roberson (Farmer); her former husband Charles Eugene Meador; her spouse Vernell Shelton; her son Rickey Meador; and her granddaughter Marla Dame.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jody Dame (Jim) of Mount Vernon and Paula Hutchinson (Bill) of Opdyke; and her grandchildren, Stacey Eddy, Darin Dame (Sarah), Mike Gibson (Michelle), Danny Gibson (Sara), Gabe Meador (Brittany) and Elizabeth Mays (Josh). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.
