He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Latchford of Mount Vernon; his children, Joshua Latchford (Ashley) of Sauget, Jeffery Jimenez of Mount Vernon, Timothy Webb (Starla Ackley) of Mount Vernon, Nathan Webb (Chrystal) of Mount Vernon and Sarah Aquilar (Ismael) of Mount Vernon; and his siblings, Robert Webb of Mount Vernon, Debra Webb of Granite City and James Webb. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
