He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janice Threatt, John and Doris Hughey. He is survived by: his parents, William Earl and Lisa Katherine "Kathy" Hughey (Threatt); his siblings, Jacob Hughey of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Shalena Heil of Port Arthur, Texas; his niece Alissa Keys of Sagemount, Texas; his nephew Joshua Keys of Sagemount, Texas; and his great-aunt Sarah Capps of Belle Rive, Illinois. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Leaps of Love or Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
