He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Dorothy Bell Sr. (Bailey); his wife Norma Louks; and his brother Jim Bell. He is survived by: his daughters, Cyndie Stuemke (Howard) of Effingham and Janice Bushue (Van) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; his grandchildren, Michael Stuemke, Jennifer Boehm and Kate Bushue; and his siblings, Susan Marshall of California and Dale Bell of California.
