He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Holtz and Lyda Holtz (Hubler). He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Holtz (Rhodes); his sons, Edward E. Holtz of Nason and Eric W. Holtz (Mary) of Waltonville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Zackary Holtz of Nason and Destiny Holtz of Waltonville; his brothers, Steven Holtz (Bonnie) of Smithon and Joseph Holtz (Megan) of DuQuoin, Illinois; and his pet Lily Dee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
