Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wanda Morton of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 89, on February 17, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lester and Beulah L. Woodland (Winkler); her former husband Nolan Gaylord Miller; her husband George E. Morton; and her brother Jimmy "Jim" Woodland, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, David Miller (Gaylyn) of Scheller, Steve Miller of Carbondale, Deborah Tolley of Mount Vernon and Dennis Miller (Myra) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and her siblings, Dixie Fellows of Robinson, Linda Shannon (Melvin) of Mount Vernon and Michael Woodland (Anita) of Herron, Indiana.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husbands, Wanda was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy "Jim" Woodland, Jr. Due to Covid-19, A Private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Wanda's honor to Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
