She was predeceased by: her father James Henry "Jim"; her spouse Francis Arnold Wittenbrink; her daughter Karen Davis; her siblings, Floyd Prosise, Dean Prosise, Delbert Prosise, Mable Kell, Pearl Hubbartt and Ethel Prosise; and her sister-in-law Sybil Prosise.
She is survived by: her sons, Donald R. Wittenbrink (Glenda) of Dix and Vernon L. Wittenbrink (Linda) of Haines City, Florida; her grandchildren, Brian Davis (Roberta) of Mahomet, Julie Ogle (Ed) of Mahomet, Jennifer Frost (Vernon "Skip") of Tolono, David Wittenbrink (Glenda Mae) of Odin, Christy Neal (Kenny) of Dix, Brent Wittenbrink (Felicia) of Mount Vernon, Chris Allen of Huntsville and Brian Allen of Chelsea, Alabama; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Melisa, Kyle, Lindsay, Ryan, Jake, Lauren, Kasey of Abby, A. J., Madison, Julian and Lilian; her great great grandchildren, Owen and Sophia; her son-in-law Bill Davis (Wenona) of Mahomet; and her sister-in-law Jean Crane of Herrin, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ruth's honor to the Southwest Christian Church Missions.
