He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Morris and Maude Morris (Scott); his former wife Lucy Morris (Green); his daughters, Valerie Morris and Melinda Morris; and his brother Ronald Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Morris (Bean); his children, Perry Morris of Urbana and Jeanine Richardson (Mike) of Bluford, Illinois; his grandchildren, Keisha McFarland (Jason) of Thompsonville, Mikah Heltsley (Jared) of Oahu and Julia Kuntz of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his great grandchildren, Olivia Heltsley, Mikayla McFarland, Hallie McFarland and Ridge McFarland; and his brother Gary Morris (Gaila) of Mount Vernon, Illinois..
