It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Harvey (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Hazlip and Eula Hazlip (Payne); her husband Clint Harvey; her cousins, Karen Ellis, Gene Payne and Jerry Payne; and her sisters-in-law, Patsy Adkins of Norris City, Illinois, Dorothy Murphy of Norris City, Illinois and Deltha Harvey of Norris City, Illinois. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
