It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tina Renèe Staples of Mount Vernon, Illinois, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Sandra Lou Kissner (Denham); and her great-niece Addison Grace Galloway. She is survived by: her father Robert Eugene "Bob"; her husband Brian Wayne Staples; her children, Courtney Pace (Bryan) of Wayne City, Illinois and Caleb Staples (Maggie) of Wayne City; her grandchildren, Braxten Pace of Wayne City, Paisley Pace of Wayne City and Ezekiel Staples of Wayne City; her parents-in-law, Virgil and Jan Staples of Mount Vernon; her sister-in-law Sheila Forristall (Robert) of Bluford, Illinois; her nephew Dustin Forristall (Sierra) of Bluford; and her niece Brittany Galloway (Cody) of Sesser, Illinois. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews; and her special canine buddy.
Memorials may be made in Tina's honor to the Summersville Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund.
