He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Elliott and Nellie Elliott (Briggs); his wife Marie Whittington; his granddaughter Jessie Marie Elliott; and his siblings, Elliot, Darwin Conley, Ruth Oaks, Joann Norris and Judy McKenney.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Elliott and Armetta Redman (Roger) of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Aaron Redman (Melinda), Amanda Hamilton (Jason), Rachael Hathaway (Greg), Amy, Ashley, Clay Elliott and Andrew Zeller; his great grandchildren, Addie, Jayce, Paige, Kayden, Nathaniel, Olivia, Grant, Blake, Luke, Brady, Marcus, Aidan, Elijah and Dakota; and his brother Billy.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be left to the Point Township Church of the Nazarene.
