He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Meagher and Phyllis Meagher (Brow); and his parents-in-law, Glen Dale and Shirley Byars. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Meagher (Byars); his children, Kelly Pratt (Cody) of O'Fallon, IL, Jay Meagher-Rigdon (Erik) of Aitkin, MN and Joe Meagher (Sydney) of Geff, IL; his grandsons, Henry and Lincoln Pratt; and his siblings, Ginny Barrett (Don) of Cisne, IL, Norm Meagher (Lela) of Bluffton, SC and Greg Meagher (Robyn) of Monroe, NC.. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces.
He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his contributions to the art community, and the joy he found in every brushstroke.
