With heavy hearts, at the age of 74, we announce the death of Shirley Scrivner (Mount Vernon, Illinois), born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on September 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family. She was predeceased by : her parents, Preston Stuttle and Francys Stuttle (Turk). She is survived by : her husband Larry L. Scrivner; her children, Karen Morris of Lansing Illinois and Frank Morris of Virginia Ronna Vance (Quinton) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Larry Scrivner (Shelly) of Mount Vernon, Illinois and Amber Scrivner of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her step-children, Carla Lusby (Bill) of Leigh Acre, Jodie Scrivner of Bloomington, ; her sister Nancy Simpson (Rick) of Three Lake, Wisconsin. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Memorials may be made in Shirley's honor to Harmony Cemetery.
